Symptoms of head and neck cancer depend largely on where the tumor is located. They include:
- A lump or mass in the neck
- Persistent sore throat (not caused by a cold)
- A sore that in the mouth or nose or on the skin, that doesn’t heal
- Trouble swallowing
- Hoarseness
- Trouble breathing
- Pain in the ear
