Support groups provide an opportunity for patients, families, and friends to discuss concerns, ask questions, share information about Roswell Park services, and relate experiences coping with cancer.

Education, support, and community along the continuum of care from treatment to recovery. Both oncology patients and their caregivers are welcome in a comfortable and open discussion environment. Group sessions initiate with guided discussion topics while welcoming questions and thoughts of those in attendance.

Join other prostate cancer patients and their families for an educational evening, featuring Roswell Park experts discussing topics of diet, exercise, ways to manage symptoms, latest treatment advances and more!

This support group provides emotional and educational support to transplant and cellular therapy patients, survivors, and their caregivers.
When: 3rd Thursday of every month, 11 a.m.-12 p.m.

Art from the Heart offers support and connection with other cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers.

Many caregivers face stress from every angle — at times it can feel unbearable. Caregivers are urged to find solace, support and relationship-building with other caregivers. We invite you to our safe space where caregivers will connect, unload their struggles and find support in a relaxed setting.

Ovarian Cancer Project
The Ovarian Cancer Project provides information and education to the WNY community about gynecologic cancer symptoms and risk factors and offers support and networking opportunities for survivors and their families with gynecologic cancers. Programs include:
- Support groups that are professionally facilitated and peer-led.
- Events hosted for survivors and their families of all gynecologic cancers. To learn more, visit the Ovarian Cancer Project events calendar
- Comfort & Hope Totes, given free to every newly diagnosed patient with a gynecologic cancer at the Roswell Park GYN Center. The totes are filled with helpful items to take to chemotherapy appointments, including a message of hope from people who have been on the journey and are extending a hand of understanding and support.
