We are here for you when the natural rhythm of life changes. Our Wellness Programs aim to improve your overall quality of life — from wellness recipes, holistic practices, and exercises.

Our Wellness Programs include an array of events and classes that tend to your mental health, focus on your physical well-being and overall resiliency. Classes like Reiki, Yoga, Qi Gong and guided meditations are hosted on campus weekly.
Find your cancer support group
You don't have to go through this alone. We host monthly support group sessions for patients, families, and friends of different cancer types to share information, ask questions and lean on each other for support.
Creative and Wellness Workshops
Join our Creative Arts and Wellness teams for a monthly series of creative workshops, aimed to expand your creativity and provide you with a dedicated hour for self care and reflection. Our first two workshop offerings will be:

Life’s natural rhythms are like ocean waves, with constant ebbs and flows of challenges and calm waters.
Some waves, like a cancer journey, can be overwhelming and feel crushing. Enhancing your well-being can help you navigate even the most difficult waves and maintain a high quality of life and satisfaction.
Our Wellness Program offers a range of initiatives focusing on: Well-being, Active Living, Vitality, Empathy and Social support, or WAVES. Explore these activities aimed at restoring your resilience and enjoyment of life.
We offer several ways to boost your overall sense of well-being, including:
- Creative Arts Workshops lead by our Creative Arts team, with projects like journaling, bookmaking, painting, and drawing
- Guided relaxations exercises
- 10-min massages
- Reiki sessions

These sessions will help restore mental and physical vigor from the inside out.
- Coming soon - Our 12-week Healthy Lifestyle Program is a series of community-based, supervised exercise, nutrition and lifestyle programs, including strategies for stress management and sleep.
- Wellness on Wheels (WOW), is our moble kitchen cart, offering health recipes and cooking demonstrations.
