If you are inquiring about becoming a patient at Roswell Park, our Central Access Associates are the first point of contact — they can answer your questions about the referral process, different treatments utilized and health insurances accepted.

If you are an existing patient at Roswell Park, our Central Access Associates can triage your questions related to such things as:

  • Confirming or rescheduling appointments
  • Prescription refills
  • Assistance with the MyRoswell patient portal
  • Screening services, genetic testing and clinical trials
  • Mammography
  • Events registration
  • Patient records requests
  • Transportation assistance

They can also help obtain a referral to be seen in the Assessment & Treatment Center. Please note that all calls are recorded for training and customer service purposes.
