Cancer screenings and prevention
We practice what we preach around here and getting your recommended cancer screenings is important. You can have your routine breast cancer and lung cancer screenings at Roswell Park, and we can help navigate you to providers for colorectal cancer screenings. (Call the Employee Health Clinic at 716-845-3219.) Plus, you get 4 hours of paid time off for any cancer screening.

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) at Roswell Park is here for our employees and their family members. This voluntary program offers confidential and free assessment, support and referral services to enrich physical and emotional well-being.

Resiliency program
Our Resilience program aims to address and improve personal, professional and organizational resilience and wellness. We offer designated activities, resources and spaces to help you resist burnout, focus on your needs and recharge.
Spiritual care
Spiritual care at Roswell Park is for employees, too! Whether you adhere to a specific belief system or not, the spiritual care chaplains offer a reflective, reverential, engaging, and active listening presence. The Meditation and Prayer Room is located on the first floor of the hospital, room 1400. Weekly and special services for a wide variety of religions are scheduled throughout the year. The service schedule for each month can be found posted on the Meditation and Prayer Room door. You can also call the office of Spiritual Care at 716-845-8051 for information.
