About Our Main Campus

Our main campus in downtown Buffalo is part of the vibrant Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus, the city’s epicenter for renowned healthcare facilities, research, innovation and entrepreneurship.

Roswell Park’s campus takes up several blocks surrounding the intersection of Elm and Carlton Streets. Be sure to take a stroll through our Kaminski Park for some outdoor respite and its year-round peaceful beauty, and check out the view from the Marie, Maria and Michael Bogner, Sr. Patient Terrace, an outdoor rooftop oasis. Roswell Park also has two satellite centers, in Amherst and Niagara Falls, and a growing Roswell Park Care Network of community practices and other care facilities across the region and state.

Our locations

Parking

You have several options for parking on and near Roswell Park’s campus. At your pre-employment visit with Human Resources, we’ll introduce you to the staff at our Parking and Transportation Office who can help you sort through your options and learn what works best for you.

• Roswell Park Parking Ramp
  Carlton Street between Elm Street and Michigan Avenue
  You may park and pay on a daily basis in the ramp (in any space that’s NOT designated as Patient and Visitor Parking Only). Hourly parking rates are available Monday through Thursday, and a discounted rate is offered Friday, Saturday, Sunday and designated legal holidays. For a monthly Parking Permit in the ramp, you’ll have to add your name to a waiting list for an available spot
• Parking Waiting Lists
  In addition to the parking ramp, Roswell Park has several other lots around campus for which you will need to join a waiting list for a permit. (There are actually 3 different waiting lists — we recommend joining them all on your first day.)
• Other Parking Options

Employee Health Clinic

You’ll make a visit here for your pre-employment health assessment and blood work. The friendly staff are here to help you with any on-duty illness or first aid needs, as well as to administer annual flu shots and COVID boosters. The clinic has a lactation room that may be reserved for 30-minute sessions. The Employee Health Clinic is located on the 3rd floor of the Administrative Services Building (ASB). Pharmacy

The Roswell Park pharmacy is open to all patients and employees, as well as spouses and dependents covered under an employee’s Roswell Park health insurance. We hope you’ll enjoy the convenience of filling your prescriptions here (delivery available). In addition, our pharmacy offers discounted prices on many over-the-counter medications. The Roswell Park Pharmacy is located on the first floor of the hospital, adjacent to the Sunflower Café. Where to eat?

You’ll have plenty of options for food and snacks. Roswell Park’s cafeteria, the Sunflower Café on the first floor of the hospital is open daily. Plus, there’s Spot Coffee on the ground floor of the hospital and Joe’s Deli on the ground floor of the Scott Bieler Clinical Sciences Building. During the summer months, our Market in the Park on Wednesdays offers several vendors with tasty foods, produce and treats. In addition, several food trucks frequent the streets of our campus. Public Safety

Our Division of Public Safety provides a safe and secure environment for all of us, our patients, visitors and staff, and collaborates with city, county, state and federal law enforcement agencies. The Public Safety Command Center is on the ground floor of the hospital, immediately to your left when using the main entrance. Call Public Safety at x3069 or 716-845-3069 from a personal phone. Credit union

Roswell Park has a branch of Morton Lane Federal Credit Union providing banking convenience, excellent member service, competitive savings and loan programs and much more. You’ll have 24-hour access to your accounts, online applications and forms, and Home Banking service. Roswell Park employees, as well as their immediate family members are eligible to bank with Morton Lane Federal Credit Union.

The Roswell Park branch is located on the ground floor of the Parking Ramp and is open Mondays 12:30 – 4 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays 8 a.m.- 1 p.m. Call x5941 (716-845-5941)

• ATM kiosks are located in several places on our campus, including the hospital lobby by the Gift Shop, Clinical Sciences Center lobby, Sunflower Cafe on the first floor of the hospital and the Newsstand in the Administrative Services Building.
