COE Advisory Board

The Office of Community Outreach & Engagement’s Community Advisory Board was created in 2006 with the mission of recommending best practices related to cultural competency, education, awareness and access and treatment services to eliminate/reduce cancer inequities for the medically underserved

It is currently comprised of 12 community members and meets quarterly. The CAB includes representation from Black, African-American, Hispanic, Latino, Native American, Asian, African, and rural, immigrant, and refugee populations in the WNY area.
