Media relations

Roswell Park’s media relations team is the liaison between the media and Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center. As such, these team members are responsible for preparing media releases, coordinating media interviews, visits, tours and news conferences, and ensuring that the integrity of the Center is maintained and the rights to privacy of its patients, staff, volunteers and visitors are protected. Team members respond to media requests in a timely manner, but within the policies of the Center.

Media inquiries

All media inquiries relating to Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center must be directed to one of the designated media relations contacts identified on this page.

Media visits/interviews

A designated Roswell Park media relations representative must accompany media personnel visiting any Roswell Park locations or properties, in accordance with Institute policy. Media representatives may be prohibited from entering certain areas or facilities. Where possible, the media relations team may arrange to provide B-roll video and/or photographs to requesting media outlets.
