We’re kicking off Week 2 of National Nutrition Month with a resource from The American Institute for Cancer Research (AICR).
The AICR has an incredibly informative website for information on healthy lifestyle tips for cancer prevention, including nutrition and exercise. This link takes you to the Diet section of their website where you can learn about healthy eating tips. Also available on this page:
