Details
Qigong (pronounced “Chee gong”) is an ancient Chinese practice involving gentle, slow movements — these movements have been shown to reduce fatigue, relieve depression, and improve quality of sleep, while integrating physical postures, breathing techniques and focused intention.
For questions or to RSVP, please reach out to Cassandra Jackson at Cassandra.Jackson@RoswellPark.org.
Qigong is held in the lobby of the Clinical Sciences Center. On the third Thursday of the month, this event takes place in the Community Outreach and Engagement Building (907 Michigan Ave).
