Adolescent and Young Adults (AYA) Program
The AYA Cancer Program consists of a multidisciplinary team to help meet the unique needs of this patient population. The team works with the referring specialist or primary care provider and will provide patients access to appropriate medical and supportive services during their treatment and beyond.
Breast Cancer Resource Center
The Breast Resource Center is a component of the Multidisciplinary Breast Cancer Treatment Program at Roswell Park Cancer Institute. Team members help those concerned about breast cancer issues or those diagnosed with breast cancer address the challenges of diagnosis and treatment by providing a wide range of breast cancer information and referrals to many support services.
Cancer Information Service - ASK RPCI

Music & Arts in the Lobby Program
Musicians and other performers entertain patients and visitors in the atrium of the RPCI Hospital nearly every day.
Our Nutrition and Food Service team is dedicated to providing nourishing meals and nutrition care to promote quality of life throughout the spectrum of your cancer care experience.
Pastoral Care – Spiritual Support
The Pastoral Care Department is an interfaith department supporting the concept of holistic medicine. This concept recognizes the integration of spiritual, emotional, social, psychological and physical care as necessary for the health of the whole person.
Patient Advocate Program
The Patient Advocate Program plays a unique and vital role for patients and their families; acting as a liaison between you, the administration, physicians and staff. We monitor your concerns and resolve any issues with accurate and timely communication. We are here to ensure your questions are answered and your needs are met. We are the central resource for advocacy of your rights as a Roswell Park patient.
Patient Navigator Program
The Patient Navigator Program is a group of trained professional who guide patients through the treatment process at Roswell ParkCancer Institute, identifying and helping to overcome any problems that may keep the patient from beginning or continuing treatment.
Pet Therapy Program
Make friends with one of our certified therapy dogs. (You'll recognize them by the official Roswell Park ID tags on their collars.) These very special volunteers visit specific areas of the hospital, including the lobby and clinic reception areas. Call 716-845-5708.
The Department of Psychosocial Oncology combines the skills and resources of licensed social workers and psychologists to work with patients and families on the many challenges faced when dealing with a cancer diagnosis.

Support groups provide an opportunity for patients, families, and friends to discuss concerns, ask questions, share information about Roswell Park Cancer Institute (RPCI) and community services, and relate experiences coping with cancer.
Roswell Park’s cessation program, Just Breathe, offers individualized quit plans and provides behavioral counseling, pharmacotherapy and cessation support to all RPCI patients and their families.
If you need assistance getting around the hospital or would like someone to escort you to your appointment, one of our volunteers (wearing bright blue blazers) would be happy to assist you and provide directions or other information regarding area lodging, business and services.
