Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is responsible for verifying non-ACGME (non-standard) fellowship training programs. This process applies to all internal non-standard fellowship programs and ensures accurate and timely verification for both current and former trainees.
ACGME-Accredited Programs
If the fellowship training was part of an ACGME-accredited program, please submit your verification request to the appropriate institution:
University at Buffalo ACGME Programs
Submit requests through the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences - University at Buffalo.
University of Rochester ACGME Programs
Submit requests through the University of Rochester Medical Center Graduate Medical Education Office.
Non-ACGME (non-standard) Fellowship Training Programs
What we can verify:
- Dates of attendance for residency and/or fellowship training
What we cannot verify:
- Final evaluations
- Verbal verifications
- Evaluation-based forms
- Malpractice coverage
- State Board of Medicine forms
- Verifications of residency and/or fellowship employment
Requirements and timing
Before submitting a request, please understand the following:
- A signed release form is required for all requests.
- Requests are processed in order received.
- Allow up to two weeks for completion - we are unable to expedite requests.
