Room service at your fingertips
Inpatients at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center can now order their meals during their hospital stay with a simple app on their smart phones. The CBORD® Patient™ app allows you to review menus (with photos!) and select your meal choices for delivery to your bedside. Your menu options will be customized for you, taking into account your food allergies and your doctor’s recommendations or dietary restrictions.
Patients admitted to Roswell Park's hospital will receive an instruction sheet and menu. You can download the CBORD® Patient™ app from the QR code on the instruction sheet or by visiting patient.cbord.com/login. Once you create your account, you can use the app to order your meals anytime between 6:45 a.m. to 6:45 p.m.
If you need assistance or prefer not to use the patient meal app, please continue to contact room service at ext. 8888 and someone will be happy to assist you with your meal order. Roswell Park's Nutrition and Food Services has been piloting the program within select hospital units and is thrilled to now bring this convenience to all our inpatients.
