Seema Bhat, MD

According to the 2014 Center for International Blood and Marrow Transplant Research report, Roswell Park achieved higher than expected one-year survival ratings for allogeneic blood and marrow transplants. BlueCross BlueShield of WNY has named Roswell Park a Blue Distinction Center for Transplants® — one of only 83 in the nation to earn that title for blood or marrow transplants.

RPCI’s Lymphoma and Myeloma Service takes a team approach to patient care. We look at the whole picture when reviewing your case, combining information to determine whether standard therapy or more aggressive treatment would be the best course for you.

Our physicians serve on the Multiple Myeloma Clinical Trials Committee of the Alliance for Clinical Trials in Oncology and help develop the National Comprehensive Cancer Center (NCCN) guidelines that specify the best ways of treating multiple myeloma.

We provide everything you’ll need for treatment support, in one location. All of our services are located on-site and performed by specialists who focus exclusively on hematologic (blood) cancers.
