Supportive and Palliative Care

Supportive and palliative care is a medical subspecialty that focuses on quality-of-life issues for patients and their families. Sometimes confused with hospice or end-of-life care, supportive and palliative care is provided at any stage of a serious illness and alongside cancer treatment. Our team provides essential support and symptom management to relieve pain, nausea, poor sleep and anxiety; ease emotional distress; and improve quality of life.

Survivorship Program

We offer services to help you manage the physical and emotional effects of your cancer diagnosis — including acupuncture, massage, mindfulness meditation, nutritional support, physical and occupational therapy, and much more. Specialists in the center can help you deal with such issues as chronic pain and fatigue. They will also develop a personalized survivorship plan specifying the care you will need to stay healthy after treatment has ended.
