Roswell Park has upgraded its scheduling and billing system to improve your overall appointment experience — from scheduling to checking in and paying your bill. Please be aware that in some rare occasions, you may see previously scheduled appointment times change by 15 to 20 minutes. If this happens, and the new appointment time does not work for you, please call your center to adjust the schedule as needed. You may also notice some minor changes to your patient itineraries. Please reach out to your care teams with any questions.

Your new Roswell Park bill
A simpler and easier way to read and pay your Roswell Park bill is here. Here’s what you'll see:
- A single billing statement. All charges starting September 2024 will be combined on one easy-to-read statement, with hospital and providers fees listed separately.
- Online bill payment portal. Pay all bills for charges incurred starting September 2024 on one online payment website.
- Multiple ways to pay. In addition to paying online, by check or by credit card, use our new automated phone payment system or speak to a representative.
- Customer service center. Reach a representative via phone or email who can help you with your account.
Please keep in mind you will still receive and pay bills in the old bill format for any charges incurred prior to Sept 1. In other words, you may receive bills in both the old and new format for some time. Please follow the instructions and contact information on each individual billing statement.
These improvements are part of a larger project to upgrade our technology systems at Roswell Park. You may notice other subtle improvements in your patient experience – such as receiving your next appointment upon checkout and consistent collection of copays. Our teams have been preparing for months and have received proper training, but as with any major technology upgrade, there may be some unexpected challenges. We appreciate your patience as Roswell Park staff adjust to using the new system.
Financial aid program
If you are uninsured or have difficulty paying your out-of-pocket costs at Roswell Park, you may be eligible for assistance through our financial assistance program. Please contact our financial counselors at 716-845-4782 who can help you apply. A high number of applications receive financial assistance.
