Patients and their designated Authorized Users now have access to more clinical information available through the MyRoswell Patient Portal. This information includes:
- Medication Administration Record (MAR)
- Flowsheets
- Scanned documents
- Clinical orders
- Additional documents will also be released to OpenNotes.
Some clinical documents — specifically those created prior to October 6, 2022 — may not be available on the MyRoswell Patient Portal app. A complete record can be acquired upon request to the Medical Records Department, available here.
As previously mentioned, patient's Authorized Users on your patient portal will have this same expanded access. Authorized Users can be managed in your patient portal app, under Preferences.
