If you’re wondering what’s been going on behind the temporary construction wall in the Sunflower Café, the suspense is almost over. Closed off for renovations in January, the grill area will reopen soon to reveal modern finishes and brand-new equipment. One major change: the deep-fat fryer will be replaced with an air fryer so we can prepare your grill favorites in a heart-friendly way.
