The Resource Center at Roswell Park Hematology Oncology Southtowns is offering breathwork and relaxation sessions only for patients of the Hematology Oncology Southtowns Care Network location.
Relaxation & Breathwork focuses on breathing which helps synchronize body and mind while bringing you into a mode of present-moment sensing. This helps to strengthen your mindfulness muscle and aids in reducing stress, relieving tension, and cultivating a sense of tranquility in your daily life. Experience this mind-body connection in a 10-minute session with a Master Life Coach. The tangible takeaway skills learned during this session can be used on your own when you most need comfort and grounding.
