Biography
I have been working in Infection Prevention and Control at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center since 2009. I graduated from St. John Fisher College with a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and received a Master of Arts in Physical Anthropology from SUNY Buffalo in 2009, where I was a teaching assistant for the Department.
In 2012 I was added as an Infection Control Coordinator for the department, and received my certification in Infection Control from CBIC in 2014. I also became certified in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt through the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2018. I am the past-Chairperson for the Comprehensive Cancer Centers Infection Control (C3IC) group, after having served as the Chairperson from 2015 – 2019. I have been on the Board of APIC Greater Buffalo Chapter 111 since 2013 and was President of the Chapter in 2022. I will continue serving on the Board of Chapter 111 as the Past-President in 2023.
