The incidence of melanoma, a deadly form of skin cancer, has increased by more than 250% among children, adolescents and young adults since 1973, according to award-winning research to be presented by Roswell Park Cancer Institute at the American Society of Clinical Oncology 51st Annual Meeting in Chicago.

The American Surgical Association (ASA), the nation’s oldest and most prestigious academic society for surgeons recently elected Roswell Park’s Steven Hochwald, MD, FACS, Chief of Gastrointestinal Surgery, as a new Fellow.
