If you are ill with non-life-threatening symptoms, you can call Roswell Park to request a referral to the Assessment and Treatment Center (ATC). The referral must be made by your Roswell Park physician or the physician on call.

  • During clinic hours (8 a.m.-5 p.m.), call your home clinic.
  • Between 5 p.m.-8 a.m. or during the weekend, call the main Roswell Park number (716-845-2300).

The ATC is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, every day of the year, including holidays.

The ATC is not an emergency room and cannot accept walk-ins. In a life-threatening emergency, you should call 911.
