There’s a brand-new, exciting way for high school students from across Western New York to make a difference in the fight against cancer! It’s called The Movement: A Dance Marathon to Beat Cancer.
High school teachers, coaches and school administrators are invited to register their schools for this 12-hour marathon, which begins Friday, March 9, 2018, at 7 p.m. at Canisius College. (Interested students who are not affiliated with a specific school team are encouraged to sign up for Team Yroswell.) Each registered dancer commits to raising funds that will support cancer research and patient-care programs at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center.
