Betsy Bodie

Biography:

Betsy has worked in hospice and palliative medicine for over 25 years. She participated in the development and caregiver training of inmates on end of life care, developed review courses to help prepare RNs for hospice and palliative nursing certification, developed on-boarding and competencies for nurses working in hospice, completed ELNEC (end of life nursing education consortium) train the trainer course and continue to provide ELNEC education to nurses and NPs. Betsy is a member of the Ethics Committee, Credentialing Committee, and PEER Review Committee at Roswell Park, and past NP representative on the Medical Executive Committee. She also serves in the role of supervising APP.
