Overcoming immunosuppression in ovarian cancer therapy
The Stablewski lab focuses primarily on studying ovarian cancer, specifically aggressive and chemoresistant ovarian cancer vs. chemosensitive or indolent cancers. We accomplish this by parsing out differentially expressed genes, making mouse and cell line models, and delving into the biology and tumor microenvironments.
We also study fundamental T regulatory biology questions as they pertain to disease state.
