The purpose of this activity is to provide updates in various areas of oncology practice, centered around treatment and management of toxicities related to treatment. The programming will be led by pharmacists focusing on medication safety, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, myelofibrosis and lung cancer, as well as pharmacist role in the multidisciplinary team. Attendees for this program should leave with a better understanding of novel treatments in these specific areas, with a focus on identifying medication errors and management of medication toxicities.
