Why Roswell Park?

With close proximity to New York City & Toronto, Buffalo combines the attractions of a larger city with the ease, friendliness and affordability of a smaller destination. Everything — travel, lodging, dining and respite — is simpler in Buffalo.

As the first facility in the United States dedicated exclusively to cancer, Roswell Park pioneered the standard for today’s multidisciplinary approach to cancer care, research and the development of new therapies and technologies.

Today, we set ourselves apart as a leader in robotic surgery, cellular therapies, immunotherapy, genomic medicine and other cutting-edge options.

Patients are treated by comprehensive, multidisciplinary teams — including surgical, medical and radiation oncologists and specialists in hematology, gynecology, urology, pediatrics and more — that work together to ensure each patient’s treatments are optimally coordinated and delivered with compassion and respect.
