Cancer center earns Press Ganey distinction as a top performer in patient experience over multiple years

BUFFALO, N.Y. — In recognition of the superior experience it has provided for patients over several years, Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center has been designated by Press Ganey as a 2021 Pinnacle of Excellence Award winner.
“Press Ganey is honored to recognize Roswell Park as one of the nation’s leaders in patient experience,” says Patrick Ryan, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the international survey and research organization. “Despite an era of incredible challenges, the center has demonstrated resilience, constantly pushing boundaries as healthcare consumerism continues to gain momentum, driving advancements in improved outcomes for all.”
Press Ganey annually recognizes high-performing healthcare organizations. The Pinnacle of Excellence Award highlights Roswell Park’s sustained commitment of offering top-rated cancer care and patient-centered programming.
