Hanna’s work in the lab helps both internal and external investigators elucidate the tumor microenvironment through the optimization of multispectral immunofluorescent biomarker panels using the AKOYA PhenoImager HT, downstream phenotyping quantification of these panels and most recently, spatial genomics, by use of the NanoString GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiler.
Michelle’s current research projects include tumor enrichment of ascites fluid in patients with ER+ breast cancer and CRISPR library screening.
