BUFFALO, NY--Representatives from Dunkin’ Donuts today visited Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center to announce the success of this year’s Mug of Hope campaign. Thanks to the support of Dunkin’ Brands’ local franchisees and the support of Western New Yorkers, proceeds from the Mug of Hope and additional in-kind support from Dunkin’ Brands has added up to $100,000 for cancer research and patient care programs at Roswell Park. This is the second year of the successful partnership.
The Mug of Hope entitles purchasers to unlimited refills of coffee and tea at Western New York Dunkin’ Donuts locations for the 2011 calendar year. This year’s keepsake acrylic mug features all-new art created by pediatric patients, survivors and their loved ones from The Paint Box Project at Roswell Park.
Patient-artists who contributed art for the Mug of Hope and this year’s Paint Box Project collection were on hand at Roswell Park to help celebrate the success of the campaign.
