Appointment schedules and reminders
X-rays, bloodwork, MRIs and infusions – oh my! Remembering an appointment time, date and location where it is isn’t always easy if you’re not feeling completely yourself. Log onto the MyRoswell Patient Portal to see and print out your appointment schedules and share them with family and friends who may be helping to navigate your journey. You also can set up a combination of phone, text or email reminders for your scheduled appointments.
Lab results and medication lists
Waiting for the results of your tests and procedures can add to the anxiety you may already be experiencing about your diagnosis and treatment plan. Test results are available as soon as they are sent to your care team, usually, and posted in your password-protected account within two to three days after they are conducted. (Some test results may take longer.)
You also can access your medication lists through the MyRoswell Patient Portal, making it easier to keep track of your prescriptions and to how to take them, as well as a list of those you have disclosed to us previously.
Secure messaging with your care team
Use the MyRoswell Patient Portal to communicate confidentially with your care team. Most responses are provided within 24 hours through the portal, or a phone call if your care team deems that’s needed.

For easy, anywhere, anytime support for your cancer journey, search for MyRoswell in the Google Play or Apple store, and download the app to your phone. If you are currently enrolled in the MyRoswell Patient Portal, click “Sign In” — or click “Register” to set up an account. You also can access the portal from your phone by visiting the Roswell Park website.

- Read the latest issue of the Roswell Park Patient Newsletter, with features about campus events, new technologies and treatments and top doctors
- Pay your Roswell Park bill online
- Sign up for HEALTHeLINK, which gives permission for all your healthcare providers (including those outside of Roswell Park) to securely access your medical records and review information that may be critical in a medical emergency.
What if I’m not comfortable using a computer?
No worries!
During your next clinic appointment, request that someone you trust be added as an authorized user for your Patient Portal account — for example, your adult child. That person can then access your records on your behalf. If you’d like to share your medical information with other loved ones, you may designate more than one authorized user.
Ready to register for the MyRoswell Patient Portal? Here’s how:
- Visit My.RoswellPark.org and click Register.
- Enter:
- email address you want to use
- your medical record number (found on your Roswell Park ID wristband)
- date of birth
- the last four digits of your Social Security number.
- Set a password, remember the password, and you are ready to add more support to your Roswell Park cancer journey!
