Matthew Insley, PA-C

Originally from Wellsville, New York, I developed a strong interest in medicine at an early age, which led me to pursue a career in healthcare. My younger brother was diagnosed with Leukemia, so I spent a lot of time around medical providers. The care and compassion they gave my family motivated me to enter the medical field. Before joining Roswell Park Dermatology, I worked at Buffalo Medical Group alongside Dr. Herman Mogavero, where I gained experience in diagnosing and treating a variety of skin conditions. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, playing basketball and rooting for the Buffalo Bills.

Whether treating chronic conditions like psoriasis and eczema or performing skin cancer screenings, I emphasize evidence-based medicine while tailoring treatments to fit individual needs and lifestyles. I also prioritize patient education, helping individuals make informed decisions about their care. My philosophy is to build lasting relationships with patients by providing high-quality, thorough, and empathetic care, ensuring they feel confident and comfortable in their skin.
