We are the central access point for many of the services Roswell Park offers, bringing information, education, and support together in one easy-to-find location.
Located on the first floor of the main hospital near the Tower Elevators, the Resource Center is a calm, welcoming space where patients and caregivers can access education, guidance, and supportive services, all in one place.
Our staff and volunteers create a compassionate environment, offering Roswell Park patient education materials, trusted resources from national organizations, and programs designed to support you at every stage of your journey. From comfort items and a lending library to wellness offerings and supportive care services, we are here to help you navigate what comes next.
Our programs
Beginning in 2026, the Resource Center has expanded its offerings to include regularly scheduled educational classes and workshops for both patients and caregivers. These programs will take place in our education space and will focus on practical guidance, wellness, and connection. These sessions include:

New Era Cap Foundation Elevate Salon
In our Elevate Salon, New York State-licensed stylists offer pretreatment haircuts, wig styling, trim or shaping, head shaves, and hair donation haircuts (patients only). We also offer personalized esthetician services and 1:1 personalized brow shaping sessions to Roswell Park patients going through cancer treatment.

Self-care sessions
Complimentary classes and programming, generously funded by the Roswell Park Alliance Foundation, are available to support patients undergoing treatment. Led by an oncology-trained esthetician, classes include Beautiful Brows, Dry Body Brushing, Skincare, and Hand and Nail Care — designed to address side effects and promote well-being.

Talking with someone who has lived with cancer can reduce anxiety and isolation The Cancer Coach Program connects Roswell Park patients with cancer survivors of a similiar background and diagnosis, who know firsthand how a cancer diagnosis changes your life.
