Research Overview
I am interested in clinical management of glioma patients who develop venous thrombosis after diagnosis, and developing methods to risk-stratify patients in terms of venous thrombosis risk to consider prophylactic anticoagulation in high-risk individuals. I am also interested in palliative management of patients with high grade gliomas, specifically whether multidisciplinary care provided to patients with brain tumors should include a palliative care practitioner.
