Todd Maier, CPA

I serve as Interim Chief Financial Officer at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, where I provide strategic leadership for the organization's financial operations, long-term planning, supply chain management, and business transformation initiatives. I have been part of the Roswell Park leadership team since 2014.

During my tenure, I have progressed through leadership roles including Manager of Finance Transformation, Director of Financial Planning & Analytics, Vice President of Finance and Supply Chain, and now Interim Chief Financial Officer. Along the way, I have helped lead major strategic initiatives, including Roswell Park's inaugural $175 million bond offering, enterprise financial and technology transformation efforts, and the strengthening of our finance and supply chain functions.

Before joining Roswell Park, I held leadership positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Freed Maxick, specializing in healthcare audit and consulting services. I am a Certified Public Accountant and earned my degree in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo.

I am passionate about collaborating with clinical, research, and administrative leaders to ensure that Roswell Park's financial resources are aligned with our mission of delivering exceptional cancer care, advancing research, and educating future generations of healthcare professionals.

Outside of work, I remain actively involved in the Western New York community through youth sports organizations and volunteer leadership roles.
