Introducing Roswell Park's MVPs (Most Valuable Pups)

Since 2006, therapy dogs have been an important part of patient care, providing gentle support and a reason to smile, a break from a stressful time for patients, caregivers and hospital employees alike. It’s always OK to walk right up to the dogs and say hello. They all wear official Roswell Park photo ID tags to help you identify them.

If there’s people standing in a group speaking excitedly in our lobby or near one of the clinics, it’s likely because a dedicated therapy dog who visits Roswell Park is starting their very important rounds.

All therapy dogs participating in the Roswell Park program are certified through Therapy Dogs International, Pet Partners or Alliance of Therapy Dogs.
