Biography

I am a Registered Nurse with 25 years of experience in healthcare, ranging from critical care to program development. I prioritize the crucial role nurses play in the success of a healthcare system. 

My focus is on coordinating nursing staff and services to deliver exceptional patient care by increasing nurses’ understanding of quality metrics and utilizing projects to enhance patient care. 

My extensive knowledge of nursing procedures and practices is complemented by my solid communication, collaboration, leadership, and management skills. 

I am passionate about ensuring patient safety and providing care without harm. I believe that a healthcare team that feels empowered and protected and feels free to voice safety concerns, is essential to achieving this goal.
