Biography
I am an Endocrinologist at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, dedicated to clinical excellence, patient education, quality improvement, and building the partnerships that make exceptional cancer care possible. It is an honor to contribute to Roswell Park’s mission of delivering hope through science, compassion, and innovation. Here, my clinical focus is on the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid cancer and thyroid disorders, an area where I bring extensive expertise and a passion for advancing patient outcomes.
My approach to care is highly collaborative. I believe in listening closely to each patient and creating personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and values.
Before joining Roswell Park, I spent eight years at SUNY Upstate Medical University, where I served as Associate Professor of Medicine, Program Director for the Endocrinology Fellowship Program, Director of Inpatient Diabetes, and Director of the Adrenal Disorders Clinic. In these roles, I worked closely with oncologists, urologists, endocrine surgeons, ENT specialists, and other subspecialists to provide comprehensive, multidisciplinary care for patients with thyroid cancer, parathyroid tumors, and other complex endocrine disorders.
I have a special interest in thyroid cancer, with extensive experience in thyroid ultrasound and fine-needle aspiration biopsy. I also have a strong background in adrenal disorders, having led a dedicated Adrenal Disorders Clinic treating patients with adrenal cancers, adrenal masses, Cushing’s syndrome, primary aldosteronism, and other adrenal conditions.
At Roswell Park, I am excited to bring my expertise in thyroid cancer care and other endocrine disorders to serve patients across Western New York, working in close collaboration with our multidisciplinary team to provide the highest standard of care.
