Rachel Fangsrud, BA, CDP

Biography

I am a native Western New Yorker and graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology where I held the presidency of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender Alliance (LGBTA) for two years and was honored with the Trailblazer Award as an alumnus. I'm also a Georgetown University Fellow after completing the 2018 Supporting LGBTQ Youth Certificate Program with the Erie County team and the founder of Parrino Consulting, through which I specialize in LGBTQ+ training and consulting. I also assist in facilitating diversity workshops with the National Federation for Just Communities of Western New York. In 2023, I obtained my Certified Diversity Professional designation from the Institute for Diversity Certification.
