Megan Diegelman, BS

Department of Supportive and Palliative Care

Biography

In my 19 years at Roswell Park, I've had the pleasure of working in both the Departments of Cancer Prevention & Control and Surgical Oncology. These roles not only provided me with a great deal of expertise in the world of biospecimen and data collection but allowed me to develop countless relationships with staff across Roswell's campus. Furthermore, I've had the humbling opportunity to meet thousands of patients and their families in both inpatient and outpatient settings, while they brave their cancer journey. Looking ahead, I am honored to be returning to my wellness roots by joining the Division of Resiliency/EAP and supporting its vision to improve the overall wellbeing and durability of our employees.

When away from campus, I enjoy spending time with my husband, teenaged boys, and pets. My self-care practices include reading, watercolor painting, yoga and meditation, and travel. I also find great fulfillment in fostering for a local dog rescue, as well as teaching yoga at a studio in the south towns.
