Megan Crawford, BS

As the Pediatric and Young Adult Program Manager, I have the privilege of overseeing psychosocial and diversionary programming for children, teens, and young adults facing a cancer or blood disorder diagnosis. My role is centered on enhancing the patient experience and building a care model that prioritizes the whole person — not just the diagnosis.

I joined Roswell Park in 2018, initially overseeing pediatric programs through the Courage of Carly Fund. Since then, I’ve expanded my work to support patients ages 18-39 through the Roswell Park Young Adult Cancer Program. From therapeutic play and milestone celebrations to peer support and age-specific programming, I’m passionate about creating meaningful moments that help patients and families feel seen, supported, and empowered during a time of immense challenge.

Working alongside our clinical teams, I strive to ensure that emotional well-being, connection, and community are an essential part of the healing journey for every patient we serve.
