We are pleased to announce the first Medical Cannabis Symposium, sponsored by the New York State Office of Cannabis Management, and co-hosted by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center. The symposium aims to present the science of cannabis, including its risks, efficacy, and how to approach cannabinoids as an option in patient care.
This landmark event offers a unique opportunity for healthcare practitioners, researchers, and trainees to meet and discuss the science behind cannabis, its potential therapeutic benefits, and the societal and health impacts of medical cannabis. The symposium provides an opportunity for practitioners to learn more about medical cannabis and the endocannabinoid system.
**In-person participants will have an opportunity to meet the NYS Medical Cannabis Program (MCP) 2-hour course requirements. All participants will be eligible to claim up to 3.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Detailed information will be forthcoming.

Pre-conference meeting
Please join us at the pre-conference meeting on Thursday, September 19 from 5-8 p.m. This will be a great opportunity for networking with colleagues and to view the poster sessions. Dinner will be served. This event is included with the registration fee and open to registered participants only.
