Biography
I have been a Clinical Dietitian at Roswell Park since November 2024. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Dietetics at San Diego State University in 2020. I later received my Nutrition Advanced Certification through the dietetic internship program at the University of Tennessee, where I gained experience in regenerative agriculture practices and neurological intensive care settings before beginning my work in clinical nutrition in the community. I have previous clinical nutrition experience in sub-acute care, substance-use-disorder rehabilitation, and intensive care settings. My areas of specialty for clinical nutrition here at Roswell include Urology, Neurology, and Gastrointestinal Surgery.
My passion is to provide patients with evidence-based research to help them sort through misinformation and guide them to make healthier choices to help them maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle. I employ a holistic approach to nutrition education and prioritizes helping patients develop realistic and achievable nutrition goals.
