About Heather Huizinga
Biography:
I graduated from the University of Ottawa in 2012 with my BScN and then completed an MSN at Charles Sturt University in 2014. I worked as a Registered Nurse for 4 years in St. Catharines primarily in acute care oncology and as a clinical educator for Nipissing University, before beginning my career at Roswell Park in the IMCU in 2016. I transitioned to a roll as an Oncology Clinical Nurse Educator in 2019, with a focus on Nurse Residency, ELNEC, and surgical oncology. In 2022 I stepped into the leadership role as Director.
