About Diane Morgante

Biography:

Diane has a Master’s Degree in Education from SUNY at Buffalo and is a CDP (Certified Diversity Professional). Her experiences include working as a Career Counselor for an international HR Consulting firm, and a School Counselor in a Charter High School in the City of Buffalo. She joined Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center in 2018 as a Senior Administrator in the office of DE&I, and in 2021 transitioned from this role into an EAP Coordinator where she facilitated the creation of an on-site Employee Assistance Program Department.

EAP Coordinators help employees address a broad range of issues and concerns that may affect work-life balance. Coordinators provide information, assessment, and referral for a variety of issues. It’s a voluntary, confidential, and free service available to all NYS employees and their immediate family
