I joined Roswell Park in January 2014 after working at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center — primarily within the Facilities Planning Department, where I was responsible for further developing MSK’s regional network of facilities and corporate lease arrangements.

Among my key accomplishments at Roswell Park are the establishment of a Director of Practice Administration role and enhancing Roswell Park’s network of community-based practices and programs throughout Western New York and across New York State.

My primary responsibilities include leadership and oversight of ambulatory care operations, practice administration, practice management and enhancing the quality of the patient experience at Roswell Park. I provide leadership and oversight of business development, particularly in disease site programmatic growth and the continued development and growth of the Roswell Park Care Network and RPCI Oncology PC.  I am also responsible for the business and clinical operations for the network of community practices and programs offered by RPCI Oncology PC, which include recruitment and retention of physicians who work within the Roswell Park Care Network and ensuring that all touchpoints for the patient within the network are integrated.
