Claudia Diamonte, BSN, MCR, CRN-BC, OCN

I am an RN with more than 20 years of oncology nursing experience with expertise in hematologic malignancies, cellular therapy, clinical trial operations, and ambulatory care. Throughout my career at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, I have held progressive clinical, operational, research, and leadership roles supporting inpatient and outpatient services, clinical trials, patient care coordination and staff development.

As the Director of Ambulatory Nursing at Roswell Park, I have been privileged to lead initiatives that integrate research into clinical practice, strengthen care coordination, and elevate the role of nursing in the ambulatory setting. I am passionate about developing nursing teams, fostering collaboration, and creating environments where nurses can practice at the top of their licensure.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Thomas Edison State University, and a Master of Clinical Research from The Ohio State University. I am a board-certified clinical research nurse and Oncology Certified Nurse and am an active member of both the Oncology Nursing Society and the International Association of Clinical Research Nurses.
