Applications are sought for a Post-Doctoral or Research Associate position in the Department of Cancer Prevention and Control at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center. The candidate will take part in NIH-funded projects on HPV infection and related diseases in high-risk populations. Projects include a large HPV vaccine surveillance study of inner-city minority youth, and a prospective study of oral HPV and the microbiome in HIV+ individuals. The candidate is expected to analyze data, publish papers, assist with preparing grants, and help supervise graduate and undergraduate students. The position will be for a period of 2 years, with possibility of extension, and comes with a competitive salary and attractive benefits.
Applicants should have a doctoral degree in Epidemiology, Public Health or Biostatistics within 3 years, or related MS or MPH within 5 years, with demonstrated expertise in the statistical analysis of longitudinal data. Experience with molecular (e.g., microbiome) data is a plus.
