Southtowns - Chair Exercise Sessions

The Resource Center at Roswell Park Hematology Oncology Southtowns is offering chair exercise sessions only for patients of the Hematology Oncology Southtowns Care Network location.

Chair exercises are an easy, low-impact way to incorporate exercise into your daily life. Learn some simple movements and stretches that get your body moving and help to regain mobility!
