Seasonal Self‑Care Workshop is a 6‑Week Guided Journey for Stress Relief & Personal Renewal with Dr. Kate Glaser.

Rediscover balance and reconnect with yourself in this immersive six‑week self‑care series designed to help you manage stress, cultivate awareness, and build sustainable wellness habits. Each week gently layers new tools and insights, guiding you through all dimensions of self—mind, body, and breath.

Through intention setting, mindful movement, breathwork, and reflective practices, you’ll develop a personalized toolkit you can return to long after the series ends.

What to Expect Each Week 
Every session opens with a grounding check‑in and intention, followed by guided body and breath awareness, a gentle movement practice, and a reflective closing ritual. While each class can be attended individually, the series is designed to provide the greatest benefit when all sessions are attended.

Weekly Themes

  • Week 1: “Just Breathe” — Learn foundational breath awareness to calm the nervous system
